Connect Claude

Add Atomatize to Claude as a custom connector, approve it in your browser, and use it in any chat.

Claude connects to Atomatize by signing you in, so there's no key to copy. Once it's added, it works in Claude on the web and in the desktop app. If you haven't yet, read Use Atomatize from your AI assistant for what a connection can do.

Add the connector

  1. In Claude, open Settings > Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Name it Atomatize and paste the server address: https://atomatize.com/api/mcp. Then add it.
  3. Choose Connect. Atomatize opens in your browser. Sign in, or create an account.
  4. Atomatize shows what Claude is asking for. Tick the brands it may use and what it may do. Leave Publish unticked unless you want Claude to post to LinkedIn and X for you; without it, Claude prepares the drafts and you publish them from the web app. Then choose Allow.

Atomatize now appears under your connectors in Claude, and under Connected apps in Settings > API & agents in Atomatize.

Check it works

Start a new chat and ask: "List my Atomatize brands." If Claude asks for permission to use an Atomatize tool, allow it.

Then try a real one: "Turn https://example.com/my-post into drafts in my Atomatize brand and show me the LinkedIn ones." Writing takes a minute or two, and Claude checks back until the drafts are ready.

Claude Code

In a terminal, run:

claude mcp add --transport http atomatize https://atomatize.com/api/mcp

Then, in Claude Code, run /mcp, choose atomatize and sign in. Or just tell Claude Code: "Read https://atomatize.com/agents.md and set up Atomatize for me."

Change or remove access

In Atomatize, under Settings > API & agents > Connected apps:

  • Change brands sets which brands Claude can use. It sees the change on its next request.
  • Disconnect cuts it off at once. To give it a permission you left out, such as Publish, disconnect it, then choose Connect on the connector in Claude again and tick it.

Removing the connector in Claude's settings stops Claude using it, but the connection stays listed in Atomatize until you disconnect it there too.
