By creating an account or using Atomatize, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Atomatize is an AI-powered content repurposing tool. You provide source content and we generate platform-specific outputs using AI. Generated outputs are provided as-is — you are responsible for reviewing and editing them before publishing.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you submit and all outputs generated from it. You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content or use it for model training.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains malicious code, or violates applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to repurpose any content you submit.

5. Plans and billing

Free trials last 14 days. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitations

AI-generated content may contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated outputs. The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
