Atomatize is operated by KrakenKey LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data Atomatize collects and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. When you use Atomatize, we store the content you submit for processing and the outputs we generate. If you connect social accounts, we store the data described in section 4.

2. How we use your data

Your content is sent to our AI providers (OpenAI and Google Gemini) to generate outputs. We do not use your content to train models. Usage data (generation counts, timestamps) is tracked to enforce plan limits. Stripe processes payments.

3. Data storage and security

Data is stored in Postgres hosted by Supabase, and every query is limited to the signed-in account. Social account tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. All traffic is served over HTTPS. We apply CSRF protection, rate limiting, and input validation on all endpoints.

4. Connected social accounts (LinkedIn)

Connecting a LinkedIn account is optional. When you connect one, we store its account ID and name, encrypted access and refresh tokens, and the IDs of posts we publish for you. We use them only to publish and schedule the posts you approve in Atomatize. We don't read your feed or your connections, we don't collect data about other members, and we never use LinkedIn data for advertising, sales, or recruiting, or share it with anyone else. Engagement figures shown in Atomatize are the ones you enter yourself. Disconnecting an account in Settings deletes its tokens and account details; you can also revoke access from your LinkedIn settings.

5. Third-party services

We use Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), OpenAI and Google Gemini (AI generation), Microsoft Azure (hosting and account emails), Sentry (error tracking) and, if you choose them, Google (sign-in) and LinkedIn (publishing). Each service processes only the data necessary for its function.

6. Your rights

You can export your content at any time from the dashboard. You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings. Upon deletion, all content, outputs, social connections, and usage history are permanently removed.
